Campaign Focus: Relocating outsourced jobs back to England to boost employment and service quality.

Bringing outsourced jobs back to England, ‘known as reshoring’ would boost domestic employment, strengthen local economies, and improve service quality by placing operations closer to end users.

It reduces reliance on volatile international labour markets and time zones, making communication and problem-solving faster and more effective. Reshoring ensures jobs support UK tax revenues, wages, and skills development, particularly in sectors like customer service, IT support, and manufacturing.

According to a report by Reshoring UK and the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR), this could add up to £20 billion annually to the national economy, with the potential to return 100,000 to 200,000 jobs over the next decade.

With rising global instability and growing demand for accountability and quality, relocating jobs back to England would help build a more resilient, fair, and responsive economy.
