Leslie★★★★★I had joined WEU during the whole covid thing in 2021 when they wanted folks to get the juice. Me and quite a few of my colleagues joined WEU who was excellent in taking the heat out of our situation when our trust was going along with the nonsense. Quite a few of my senior colleagues joined who worked in the nhs and we have not looked back since. Nurses in particular take some persuasion to jump ship because under the delusion that the other two unions can help them because they are talking to nurses without realising these unions are in bed with the trusts, that the union representative works for. -
L S★★★★★Stephen was my Rep. in my divoc discrimination case. It went all the way to tribunal and has only recently ended. The Legal representation was amazing ... (Shout out to Oscar and Robin) and I am so grateful for all the help and support I've had, And Michael kindly attended an Occ health appointment with me too he was great. I will be a member till my last breath, it makes such a difference having someone in your corner when things get tough and I'm always telling other NHS staff to join because all the healthcare recognised; unions are captured. Lol...I even tried recruiting all the employees in Costa a few weeks ago.

Saj★★★★★A while back I was represented by union rep Robert at a meeting to discuss my position within the service. The conclusion from that meeting was that the line manager was to discuss how to adjust my job role. -
Sally★★★★★I left unison to join WEU - unison represented me so so so badly in a dispute with my employer they were so unprofessional their rep cost me the chance to go to employment tribunal!!! He totally neglected to tell me there was a finite date to apply for tribunal and i was 48 hours too late even though I had done a tremendous amount of work instead of him- because he didn’t know what he was doing!!!! Unison are dreadful. I tell lots of people about WEU. -
F A★★★★★I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Daniel Mayfield for his excellent representation in my case. He was diligent, thorough, and compassionate throughout the process. He fought gallantly for my rights and interests and never gave up on me. Even though we did not achieve the outcome we hoped for, he did everything professionally and ethically. He is a credit to WEU, and I highly recommend him. I wish the Union would formally acknowledge his efforts. -
Misbah★★★★★Robert Oulds represented me in my grievance appeal, absolutely amazing. I can’t thank him enough. Same with Alex Miles... brilliant reps. Without WEU I wouldn’t have come this far!
