Zero Tolerance Policy

At Workers of England, we uphold a Zero Tolerance approach toward any form of unacceptable behaviour. This policy affirms our commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders.


1. Purpose

The primary objectives of this policy are to:

  • Prevent incidents of harassment, discrimination, violence, and retaliation.
  • Protect the rights and dignity of every individual associated with Workers of England.
  • Ensure consistent investigation and enforcement of misconduct.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, full-time and part-time.
  • Temporary staff, contractors, and consultants.
  • Visitors and third parties while on company premises or engaged in work-related activities.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Workers of England maintains a strict stance against the following behaviours:

  • Harassment—including verbal, physical, and cyber forms.
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • Workplace violence, threats, or intimidation.
  • Retaliation against individuals reporting concerns in good faith.

Any breach of these standards will trigger immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.


4. Reporting & Investigation

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report incidents promptly via the following channels:

  • Line Manager or Department Head

All reports will be handled confidentially and impartially. Investigations will follow our Zero Tolerance Policy procedures to ensure fairness and transparency.


5. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Mandatory training or counselling sessions
  • Suspension or demotion
  • Termination of employment or contract
  • Legal action, where applicable

6. Review & Updates

This policy will be reviewed annually or as required by changes in legislation or organisational needs. Employees will be notified of any substantial amendments.
