1. Purpose
The primary objectives of this policy are to:
- Prevent incidents of harassment, discrimination, violence, and retaliation.
- Protect the rights and dignity of every individual associated with Workers of England.
- Ensure consistent investigation and enforcement of misconduct.

2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All employees, full-time and part-time.
- Temporary staff, contractors, and consultants.
- Visitors and third parties while on company premises or engaged in work-related activities.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Workers of England maintains a strict stance against the following behaviours:
- Harassment—including verbal, physical, and cyber forms.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic.
- Workplace violence, threats, or intimidation.
- Retaliation against individuals reporting concerns in good faith.
Any breach of these standards will trigger immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

- Suspension or demotion
- Termination of employment or contract
- Legal action, where applicable
6. Review & Updates
This policy will be reviewed annually or as required by changes in legislation or organisational needs. Employees will be notified of any substantial amendments.
